Reyno has extensive experience as a “Qualified Person” in mining and minerals exploration. Registered with SACNASP (South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions) since 1984, he has written CPRs, JORC and NI 43-101 listing documents for various commodities including gold and tanzanite . After lecturing for nearly 21 years, Reyno transitioned from geology Professor to the minerals exploration industry as Chief geologist and eventually Group President of IPP Resources in Tanzania. Five years as CEO of a listed gold exploration company further provided invaluable experience with regards to the business of minerals.

H. Claire Scheepers BSc,Geologist (U.S.) Gemmologist (GIA)
Claire is a GIS and Remote sensing specialist and has a BSc. degree in Geology and Geochemistry as well as a Gemmologist Diploma from GIA. She is highly proficient at project planning and project management and also earned an online diploma in digital marketing in 2016. Her most notable exploration challenges include successfully running 3 concurrent exploration teams in the highly challenging DRC working environment. In 2010, Claire conducted the first pass remote sensing and GIS project on what has become the PEAK resources Rare Earths project in Tanzania, one of the largest Neodymium and Praseodymium (NdPr) rare earth deposits in the world..
